The Correllium
Tradition Sigil

The Correllium

The White background of the sigil/patch/badge – is symbolic of
purity,  innocence, manifestation – that is to say a circle of pure
intent.

The Orange and yellow bands at the top, left, right and middle
– is referred to as “the vault of heaven” which is symbolic of the
passage from lower levels most physical) to the higher levels
(or most spiritual) – the passage from us to the Great Source
of Existence.

The Brown Cross in the center – symbolises the four directions
– these are East, South, West and North.

The Blue Zigzags down the base of the Correllium sigil are
significant of water – which symbolises Compassion, Emotion,
the flow of life, the sustenance of all life, and the cleanser/purifier
of all existence.

As a whole, the meaning is the unity between the four directions/
elements
with the purity from within, giving the power to accomplish
the spiritual development that each of us holds within: The connection
from the most
elemental to the most Divine.

              Requirements for Clergy

As Clergy is an intermediary between Deity and humankind,
the Correllian Tradition holds that all people are inherently
Clergy because of the presence of Deity within them, and
need no further intermediary for their personal needs. This
is why any Correllian may have a Recognized Personal Shrine.

However, it is one thing to be Clergy for oneself as a personal
manifestation of the Divine, and another thing to be Clergy
for others as a representative of the Tradition. The former
requires only the presence of Deity within, and answers only
to that presence. The latter requires training and recognition
by the Tradition, and is answerable to its standards.

Because of this the Correll Mother Temple and the Correllian
Tradition have developed the requirements for Clergy discussed
below.

The Clergy requirements of the Correll Mother Temple not only
constitute the prerequisites for Clerical standing in the Mother
Temple itself, but also constitute the minimum standards required
in the Correllian Tradition as a whole.

The Temple of Sedna requirements are in line with the Traditions
requirements.
